Description
This course provides learners with an individualized learning path to diagnose and manage feline and canine kidney disease. The course will assign cases based on learners’ prior performance and award learners with a digital badge as they progress through the four levels of cases. By the end of this course learners will: (1) define chronic kidney failure, chronic kidney disease, and uremia; (2) differentiate chronic kidney disease from acute kidney disease; (3) determine clinical signs, diagnosis, IRIS staging, and IRIS substaging of chronic kidney disease; (4) determine management and prognosis of chronic kidney disease and (5) monitor patients with chronic kidney disease.
