The College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences welcomes Dr. Molly Gonzales as a new Instructional Assistant Professor for the Center for Educational Technologies (CET) team, within the Department of Veterinary Integrative Biosciences. Dr. Gonzales brings several years of experience in the education industry, specializing in teaching, curriculum development, and instructional design. Dr. Gonzales saw her start in education as a 5th grade science teacher before later transitioning to higher education where she assisted with professional development, instructional design and assessment.

Through her role with the CET, Dr. Gonzales will work closely with both subject matter experts and faculty to design educational materials and instructional activities that align with course goals and objectives. Additionally, Dr. Gonzales will support the Center for Educational Technologies and College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in their pursuit to create innovative and meaningful learning experiences that encourage student engagement and inspire learning.
Dr. Gonzales is a two-time graduate of Texas A&M University, having received her B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies (Mathematics and Science) and M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction. In 2017, she graduated with her Ed.D. in Learning Technologies from Pepperdine University.
