We are excited to announce that Tim Kolczak has joined our team as our new Multimedia Production Specialist II.
Tim brings over a decade of experience in multimedia production, with a strong background in visual storytelling and directing media projects. He has an expert eye for shaping content that is clear, engaging, and purpose-driven.
As Multimedia Production Specialist II, Tim will be responsible for producing, recording, directing, and editing educational and promotional videos. His experience includes planning and executing lighting setups, coordinating studio and field production, and operating professional video and audio equipment. He also leads post-production workflows, including organizing footage, assembling edits, and maintaining structured, accessible media archives.
Tim will take an active role in managing multimedia projects, organizing production schedules, coordinating creative and technical requirements, and collaborating with instructional designers. He will also serve as a liaison between internal teams and external videography vendors, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and accessibility standards.
Prior to joining our team, Tim founded The Veterans Project, a multimedia storytelling initiative focused on documenting the experiences of military veterans. Through this work, he developed extensive experience in directing, interviewing, and managing narrative-driven productions.
